When you register for a course: your name, WhatsApp number, email, whether you are a business owner, professional, student or other, your business name or job role, city, chosen batch and how you heard about us.
When you contact us: the details you choose to send.
Basic, anonymous usage statistics through Google Analytics.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Card, UPI and bank details are entered on Razorpay’s secure checkout and are never seen or stored by Loopive. We store your registration details and the payment status, payment ID, order ID and amount on our own secured servers in India [CONFIRM HOSTING LOCATION], and create a student account for you so we can manage your batch. Razorpay’s own privacy policy applies to the data it processes.

How we use it

To confirm your seat, add you to the batch WhatsApp group and send session links.
To send receipts, certificates and course updates.
To answer your questions and process refunds.

We do not sell your data or share it with anyone other than the services needed to run the course.

How long we keep it
